Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Strong MS Office skills (Excel pivot tables, reporting tools required)
Experience with financial or project management systems
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage shifting priorities
