The Enterprise Project/Program Management Consultant II is responsible for leading multiple low to medium complexity projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing project execution, and maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Plans and implements all aspects of projects or programs
Customizes solutions for project issues
Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives
Drives achievement of project or program success factors
Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements
Drives project execution
Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to project team to meet applicable business requirements
Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation
Assesses and reports health of all projects in an objective manner, maintains project transparency and accurate status; keeps managers and business areas informed
Qualification
Required
4 year Bachelors Degree
2 or more years of experience
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
