Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Managers in developing and executing account growth strategies
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and solution presentations
  • Translate customer needs into actionable insights and coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, satisfaction monitoring, and proactive issue resolution
  • Assist in expanding strategic customer footprint by recognizing cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Contribute to customer presentations and internal strategic planning discussions
  • Track customer orders through production and delivery to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production, quality, or delivery issues
  • Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business
  • Achievement of objectives must include an over-riding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility
  • Enable and Drive Change in the Organization

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with technical documentation and blueprint review is a plus
  • Working knowledge of critical materials geared towards the Wafer Fabrication Equipment Factory
