Responsibilities

Support Sales Managers in developing and executing account growth strategies
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and solution presentations
Translate customer needs into actionable insights and coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, satisfaction monitoring, and proactive issue resolution
Assist in expanding strategic customer footprint by recognizing cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Contribute to customer presentations and internal strategic planning discussions
Track customer orders through production and delivery to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production, quality, or delivery issues
Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business
Achievement of objectives must include an over-riding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with technical documentation and blueprint review is a plus
Working knowledge of critical materials geared towards the Wafer Fabrication Equipment Factory
