Stryker is a medical technology company that offers products and services in orthopaedics. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their team, responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound campaigns and supporting marketing initiatives.
Conduct outbound call and email campaigns to engage business prospects within an assigned territory
Prospect and identify key decision-makers at target companies to begin building strong relationships for Stryker product and solution introduction
Contact, qualify, and manage leads generated from marketing and SDR outbound efforts
Evaluate leads based on established criteria and route qualified opportunities to the assigned regional sales executive
Research and develop both new and existing accounts by adding contacts, sending regular follow-ups, and qualifying leads into qualified pipeline opportunities
Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities
Collaborate with sales teams and leaders to maximize prospecting efforts through strategic list building, call planning, and targeted messaging
Perform outbound calls to target companies to uncover projects, create awareness, and generate interest for multiple Stryker business units.
