Global Payments Inc. is a leading provider of payment technology services, and they are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support their sales organization. This role focuses on delivering programs and sales collateral that enhance sales effectiveness, manage enablement initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Manage sales projects and initiatives from inception through to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role involves designing, communicating, and implementing an operational plan for each project, closely monitoring progress, and adjusting as necessary to meet objectives. The Specialist will actively resolve or escalate issues to prevent delays and ensure smooth project execution
Create sales plays, playbooks, sales collateral, and sales readiness processes for various POS Sales Channels while working with Sales Leadership
Form Cross functional relationships with all areas including but not limited to Sales, Product, Compliance, Marketing, BI, and Sales Training to develop enablement tools for POS sellers - oftentimes the liaison between all teams
Create sales communication strategies to be distributed to various POS channels and departments ensuring appropriate timing, delivery and cadence
Partner with Training teams related to POS product releases, integrations and enhancements (including certification process)
Work with Sales Leadership to create a feedback loop on beta programs and pilots
Work with product groups on new releases to better understand the value proposition and GTM strategy for supporting sellers with sales readiness tools
Stay abreast of the needs within the POS sales organization and serve as the sales voices with the product support and POS operations teams in order to reduce and eliminate barriers to selling effectively
Support Leadership Development and Sales Methodology transformation tasks or projects as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
Related Experience
Proficiency in G-Suite tools and Microsoft
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while being goal-focused and motivated to complete projects in a timely manner
Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Understanding of sales methodology, marketing, lead campaigns and performance metrics
Team-oriented and adaptable, with a proactive approach to supporting additional priorities across the sales operations organization
Preferred
2+ years experience in POS or Payments business is preferred
3+ years in Sales Ops or Sales Enablement role
Background in retail, hospitality, food service, or sales
