The Sales Support Specialist - Retail will manage order operations for retail customers, ensuring timely execution and high fill rates by collaborating with various stakeholders.
Review and process all incoming orders to ensure we meet or exceed the customers’ metrics – ship on time and fill rate above 98%; work with sales, logistics, plants and distribution to drive proper forecasts
Engage with the customers – open communication to better orchestrate material availability and expectations; master the customers’ portals to aid in all aspects of account management – orders, returns, disputes
Assist residential and retail inside sales with new account set-ups using CARS
Ensure positive end-to-end customer experience
Qualification
Required
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2 years of experience in a similar environment
Familiarity with low- and medium-voltage electrification products is an asset
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Strong sales and customer orientation; ability to follow established procedures and methodologies while suggesting improvements
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
