They are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to troubleshoot complex technical challenges, collaborate with development teams, and provide exceptional support for their transportation solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency of global supply chains through effective problem-solving and communication.
Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and research into Trimble’s Transportation Management System (TMS) to resolve high-impact hardware and software issues
Identify and report software bugs and usability trends, directly influencing the quality and capabilities of future product releases
Provide high-level technical support via phone, email, and chat, translating technical concepts into actionable solutions for a diverse global audience
Partner with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to maintain visibility on critical ongoing issues
Qualification
Required
Proven Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated success in root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex systems across multiple operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Android
Database & Scripting Knowledge: Hands-on experience using and troubleshooting SQL, XML, HTML, and scripting languages
Adaptive Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technology-related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience writing bug tickets in Jira and understanding of Web Services and APIs (REST & SOAP)
Familiarity with modern programming frameworks like Android, Angular, or React
Prior operations experience within the transportation or logistics industry
