JLL is seeking a Transaction Analyst to support transaction work for its Work Dynamics clients. The role conducts financial analysis, market research, and due diligence; prepares financial models and client materials; and supports transactions throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive financial models and investment analysis for potential acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing opportunities
Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to support transaction recommendations and client presentations
Prepare offering memoranda, investment summaries, and presentation materials for client meetings and marketing efforts
Coordinate due diligence processes, including document review, site inspections, and third-party report analysis
Support senior team members in client communications and transaction negotiations
Maintain and update transaction databases, pipeline reports, and market intelligence systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, property management, and capital markets professionals

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis
Having a PA Real Estate Salesperson License is necessary for this role. If you need to obtain one, you will have 6 months to do so
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Knowledge of commercial real estate fundamentals and investment principles
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
