Responsibilities

Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for advanced Agentic AI applications and Human-AI Teaming capabilities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI workflows into seamless user experiences
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Write clean, responsive, and accessible front-end code to bring designs to production
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iteratively improve application usability
Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or experience
0+ years of entry-level experience
Strong foundational understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience or academic background in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user interfaces

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or experience
2+ years of experience
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Prior experience designing interfaces for artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data-heavy applications
A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and front-end development capabilities
Knowledge of web accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
