The role involves designing solutions, collaborating with product managers, and troubleshooting production issues.

Working with many cross-functional teams to handle monitoring issues, troubleshoot business and production issues.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Ability to design solutions at scale involving multiple stakeholders
Excellent coding skills. Ability to write tech debt free code
Ability to navigate ambiguity and innovate at scale
Proven track record of solving for issues at root using automation and self-service

Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
Knowledge of assistive technologies
