The Agile Development Associate II will support the Enterprise Decision Service, collaborating on the development of business rules application related artifacts and contributing to the design and coding of technologies that align with the company's mission.
Collaborate with the project manager, developers and business partners in developing business rules application related artifacts.
Designing and coding the future technologies and applications that support Freddie Mac’s mission of making home possible.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience from which knowledge and skills may be obtained.
Typically has 1-3 years of related experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development; 1 years of relevant experience and specialized training or certification in the following technologies: J2EE, Java, Web Development and SQL.
This is Java backend focused role.
Position requires strong analytical skills, software engineering process skills, and the understanding of XML and creation of XML test data.
Works under minimal supervision. Follows established directions from Team Lead. Able to provide technical guidance to the team.
Good communication and team player.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
