Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Meet with business leaders and users to document clear project goals and technical specifications
System Analysis: Review existing software architectures to spot performance issues, security gaps, or areas for optimization
Technical Documentation: Create detailed functional designs, user stories, and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents
Cross-Functional Liaison: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams and communicate business needs clearly to developers
Testing and Support: Participate in code reviews, coordinate defect tracking with quality assurance teams, and troubleshoot production issues

Qualification

Required

Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with programming and query languages like SQL, Python, Java, or C#, plus database management
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal or written communication skills
Ranging from entry-level positions to senior analyst roles requiring 3 to 5+ years of technical or software development background
Must be ITAR-compliant and able to provide proof of citizenship
Must be a legal US Citizen on US Soil. Puerto Rico is not exempt for this account
Applicants must reside in the continental United States
