Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Meet with business leaders and users to document clear project goals and technical specifications
  • System Analysis: Review existing software architectures to spot performance issues, security gaps, or areas for optimization
  • Technical Documentation: Create detailed functional designs, user stories, and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams and communicate business needs clearly to developers
  • Testing and Support: Participate in code reviews, coordinate defect tracking with quality assurance teams, and troubleshoot production issues

Qualification

Required

  • Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with programming and query languages like SQL, Python, Java, or C#, plus database management
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal or written communication skills
  • Ranging from entry-level positions to senior analyst roles requiring 3 to 5+ years of technical or software development background
  • Must be ITAR-compliant and able to provide proof of citizenship
  • Must be a legal US Citizen on US Soil. Puerto Rico is not exempt for this account
  • Applicants must reside in the continental United States
