Responsibilities

Provide scientific and technical application support to customers and sales teams
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training
Troubleshoot instrumentation, application, and workflow challenges
Support customer implementation, adoption, and optimization of Agilent products and solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and customers to address technical needs and communicate customer feedback
Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific field
1-2+ years of laboratory, applications, technical support, field service, or customer-facing scientific experience
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach
Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience supporting scientific instrumentation or laboratory-based technologies
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and data analysis
Experience conducting product demonstrations, customer training, or technical presentations
Previous applications, field-based, or customer-facing technical support experience
Ability to build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted technical advisor
Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, R&D, or other cross-functional teams to support customer success
