Responsibilities

Provide technical service and support to resolve customer concerns and issues
Develop automation solutions for software and GPU systems
Research and evaluate new features in Supermicro software products
Maintain and update software specifications
Build and maintain a knowledge base for software products
Collaborate with software teams to design and implement new features

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in automated testing
Knowledge and skill on Python programming
Working independently and able to research and solve problems
2+ years of working / technical support experience in computer systems and/or servers
Strong organizational and well-developed social skills
Highly analytical, creative, detail oriented, organized, good team player
Excellent telephone etiquette skills and on-site support skills
Excellent knowledge of Server / Workstation GPU products
Strong communication skill in both verbal and written
