The Associate Application Developer will build Salesforce development capabilities through structured learning, certifications, mentorship, and hands-on client experience while configuring, customizing, integrating, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce solutions.
Configure and Administer Salesforce: Learn to configure and administer the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, ensuring efficient workflow and data management using tools like the Force.com IDE and Data Loader
Develop Apex Code and Visualforce Pages: Build capabilities in writing Apex code and creating Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to customize and enhance Salesforce functionality
Integrate with Enterprise Applications: Gain experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization to provide a unified user experience
Maintain and Optimize Salesforce: Perform routine maintenance and optimization tasks to ensure platform efficiency and user adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Foundational knowledge of programming languages and core software engineering principles
Understanding of software development fundamentals, APIs, databases, cloud computing, and application architectures
Exposure to web applications, software development, or enterprise platforms through coursework, projects, research, or internships
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
Curiosity about enterprise technology, Artificial Intelligence, CRM platforms, automation, and digital transformation
Travel required: Up to 60% or 3 days a week (home on weekends - based on project requirements)

Preferred
Exposure to Salesforce platform configuration, administration, or CRM principles
