The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Enterprise Resource Planning Information Technology Engineer to join its GOLDesp ERP support team. The role analyzes business and technical processes, coordinates system and data requirements, supports ERP integration and implementation activities, develops reports and dashboards, conducts testing, and provides end-user training and support.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers business information requirements and coordinates change activities
  • Supports development and implementation of business architecture
  • Supports monitoring and performs quality control actions relating to business information
  • Develops and updates informational dashboards and reports
  • Conducts system readiness testing for business processes
  • Provides administration and monitoring of systems post-implementation
  • Supports project management tasks related to business information integration activities
  • Supports system changes and integration efforts
  • Provides end-user support to include immediate system data guidance, training design and delivery

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 1+ years' experience working with an ERP system (such as SAP, GOLDesp) from an IT standpoint
  • 1+ years' experience in report writing utilizing a database (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Crystal Reports etc)
  • 1+ years' experience in inventory management, supply chain, demand forecasting, engineering, or simulation
  • 1+ years' experience in a role that requires project management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project
  • A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
  • An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status

Preferred

  • 3+ years' experience working in field related to degree
  • 2+ years' experience in report writing utilizing a database (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Crystal Reports etc)
  • Experience working with an ERP system from an IT standpoint in a manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years' customer service experience
  • 1+ years' Teamcenter experience
  • Experience with functional testing and/or user acceptance testing
  • Experience in a role requiring process improvement and change management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
