Tapestry Solutions, a Boeing Company, is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to develop software for the F-15 Mission Planning systems. The role involves developing and maintaining code, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with team members to propose solutions.
Develops, documents, maintains and unit tests code by utilizing software development environments and programming languages (C#, Javascript, SQL)
Develops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system
Selects, tailors and deploys processes and tools
Performs troubleshooting of defects
Collaborate with others to propose solutions to problems
Works under general supervision
Integrates and compiles software components into builds. May test limited component level software in the target environment
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
1+ year(s) of experience with Git
1+ year(s) experience with Object-Oriented Programming
Preferred
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 2+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of directly related work experience OR 10+ years of related, relevant experience
2+ years of experience in full software development life-cycle
2+ year(s) of experience with Git
2+ year(s) experience with Object-Oriented Programming
Experience with Javascript
