Qualification Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM discipline (or equivalent experience) 0–3 years of software engineering experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply) Solid foundation in software development fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, version control) Curiosity, ambition, and a strong drive to learn Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; active clearance preferred U.S. Citizenship required Preferred Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance Exposure to AI/ML tooling and modern development workflows Familiarity with Python, C++, Go, or similar languages Interest in edge compute, mission systems, or rugged platforms Aspiration to grow into a Solutions Architect role
