The Associate Software Engineer I will perform analyses and implement reliable software solutions under the direction of senior leadership, working with software development, data integration, and infrastructure environments.

Recognize and report data or technical variances
Learn and effectively implement new methods and technologies
Consult literature and publicly available information to understand purpose of assignments
Obtain estimates/quotes from vendors and provide as input into overall project time and cost estimates
Produces and maintains required technical documentation associated with work products
Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with zero experience
Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job functions
Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g.,Python, Java, .Net, etc.)
Preferred
IT Internship experience or Co-op experience in manufacturing or Pharma industry desirable
Project or practice hands-on experience utilizing agentic workflows, LLMs and other automations
Experience using tools like Git
