They are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to build mission-critical software solutions, partner with engineering teams, and leverage modern technologies to address complex problems in compliance.
Have an opportunity to work on a broad range of problems, including building system integrations, negotiating data contracts, capturing metrics, setting up messaging bus, and developing microservices.
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field of study.
Expertise in Java, as well as proficiency with databases and data manipulation.
The ability and tenacity to clearly express ideas and arguments in meetings and on paper.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with RESTful services.
Familiarity with ALM tools such as JIRA, GitHub, etc.
Ability to understand existing software systems and troubleshoot issues.
Preferred
Knowledge of typescript, GraphQL, Autosys and Kafka
Data analysis using SQL queries
API design and development to create interconnected services
Knowledge of the financial industry and compliance or risk functions
Ability to influence stakeholders
