BRP is a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, and they are seeking a Project Engineer for Connected Vehicles to assist in developing new electronic modules. This role involves collecting requirements, defining system specifications, validating modules, and ensuring compliance with product objectives.

Responsibilities

Collect needs and requirements (TRD) for product lines (Ski-Doo, Lynx, Sea-Doo, Can-Am) in close collaboration with stakeholders
Define system and software requirements for embedded modules, ensuring they align with product objectives
Validate the developed modules and coordinate all validation activities to ensure compliance
Conduct functional validations on vehicles before production
Deliver products that meet functional, quality, and performance requirements on time
Ensure the interface between software development, validation teams, and product lines

Qualification

Required

A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Bilingualism is essential (French/English)
A strong interest in digital user interfaces and recreational vehicles
An analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of embedded systems, electronics, and software

Preferred

Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Knowledge of BRP methodologies
Mastery of vehicle architecture
Programming skills (Android Automotive, MATLAB, embedded software)
Experience with ETAS INCA
