They are seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join their Quality & Mission Excellence Team in San Diego, CA, responsible for developing and implementing software quality procedures and managing document control processes.
Review, develop and implement Software Quality related procedures and processes
Manage Document Control and AS9100 Processes including internal and external audits
Collaborate with Quality, Operations and Engineering to maintain documentation of procedures to ensure strong well documented processes
Assist Software Quality Engineers with code reviews, Product reviews, Configuration Audits, Test Witnessing, and attending meetings as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in STEM such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline with minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Quality, Software Engineering or related discipline; Master's degree in a STEM such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or Mathematics with 0 years of experience
Software Development Life Cycle experience
U.S Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
Preferred
Master's degree in STEM such as computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline from an accredited institution
