SAP is a global leader in enterprise application software, helping businesses run better. They are seeking a passionate front-end engineer to create cutting-edge user experiences and maintain high accessibility standards for their expense management software.
Participate in the planning and implementation of new features within a complex front end system
Adhere to best practices and performance standards using Typescript, React, and GraphQL backed by robust test coverage utilizing Playwright and other testing frameworks
Collaborate directly with UX, Product, and Engineering
Maintain and support existing product, including being part of an on-call rotation
Leverage and champion AI tools and processes that improve developer efficiency and code quality
Qualification
Required
You have 2+ years front end web development experience. Experience in React, TypeScript, and/or GraphQL is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts
Experience with agile development methodologies such as SCRUM, ideally within the Product Operating Model framework
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience interacting with a microservices architecture
Familiarity with monorepo setups and tooling
Contributions to open source projects
