Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical design documentation and deliverables
Facilitate collaboration and issue resolution between business and development teams
Create technical documentation including process flows, specifications, and development tasks
Develop execution plans with timelines and resource allocation
Support software development lifecycle implementation and provide technical support
Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Manage project planning, scheduling, and resources
Communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualification

Required

• Current senior or recent graduate between May 2026 and May 2027
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
• Experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, or Project Management
• Experience writing functional and technical documentation
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio)
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions
• Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
