Qualification

Required

  • You must be a recent grad within one year or be expecting to graduate by August 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical degree
  • Minimum 4-12 months of relevant professional work, internship or co-op experience in a technical environment
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, community involvement, extracurricular activities, or volunteer work
  • Takes ownership and initiative in approaching challenges and driving results
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and best practices
  • Strong aptitude for rapidly acquiring new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
  • Adaptable and comfortable working with unfamiliar tools and evolving technical landscapes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
  • Advanced analytical thinking and systematic approach to solving complex problems
  • Ability to break down ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions
  • Creative problem-solver who brings fresh perspectives and innovative approaches
