Responsibilities

Contribute to real-world projects that align with business goals
Collaborate with teams across IT, Digital, and the Business
Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Analyze data, optimize systems, and support process improvements
Present findings and recommendations to leadership
Participate in mentorship, networking, and professional development sessions
Receive support for post-program placement into a full-time role

Qualification

Required

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership and initiative
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Prior internship or work experience preferred
Prior internship or co-op experience in IT or Digital functions
