Responsibilities

Manage and optimize end‑to‑end sales and distribution processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and logistics execution
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP SD modules, resolve issues, and support continuous process improvements
Develop, implement, and support continuous business requirements on the global SAP system to tailor-make SAP fit the IDEXX evolving business
Provide production support and project delivery
Gather business requirements
Perform functional analysis and deliver functional design documents
Configure the system and support developers when needed
Provide testing support

Qualification

Required

1+ years of experience with the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Module
Curiosity, willingness to learn
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other Information Technology degrees or equivalent experience
Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, and pricing
Ability to create functional specifications and work with ABAP developers
Experience in IDoc/EDI processing and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Proven experience supporting production incidents, root-cause analysis, and enhancements
Excellent problem solving skills required

Preferred

Experience with S/4HANA SD
Good to have SAP Test Automation Experience such as creating the scripts and work with QE Team
