They are seeking a Manual Tester for their Retail Wireless team, responsible for performing quality assurance audits and end-to-end tests across eCommerce websites to enhance user experience and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

Test desktop and mobile websites which will be utilized by millions of users in our retail wireless business
Develop and maintain non-technical test cases for happy/unhappy path for an optimal user experience
Partner with IT and Adobe Authoring teams to ensure alignment and readiness for all feature and content releases
Play an active role in content management, and be the business voice of QA for the web
Evaluate test results and make recommendations
Proactively communicate changes, improvements and defect fixes in non-technical terms to a large audience, escalating as needed
Audit and ensure compliance across our websites with accessibility and regulatory standards like WCAG, ADA, etc.
Stay up to date on new technology, standards, protocols and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment

Qualification

Required

BA/BS in a business discipline (information systems, Business administration, etc)
2-5+ years of QA Testing, Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, etc. experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong competency using Google Suite is desired
Aptitude for defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
Strong organization, collaboration, problem solving, and communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences
Very adaptable, and able to handle multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, result-driven, time-critical environment

Preferred

Experience / familiarity using project management software (Rally, Service Now, HP ALM) is a bonus
Past wireless and/or digital marketing/eCommerce experience a plus
