Centuri Group, Inc. is a publicly traded company leading in utility infrastructure across North America. The SAP Functional Analyst I is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Field applications using SAP, focusing on modules like SD, MM, and PS while providing support and training to end-users.
Develop Requirements: Communicate with business operations to conceptualize solutions and capture detailed requirements
System Configuration: Assist in the configuration and setting up of SAP modules to meet business requirements
End-User Support: Provide first-level support to end-users for SAP Field related issues, such as eDPR config Time Entry, and related processes
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to SAP Field configurations, processes, and user guides
Testing: Assist in testing SAP field processes and configurations, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Data Management: Assist with data entry, data migration, and data maintenance within the SAP SD, MM, and PS modules
Training: Provide basic training to end-users and help them understand how to use the SAP SD, MM and PS module effectively in support of Field operations
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve basic SAP Field issues or escalate more complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 consultants
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other SAP modules like MM, HR, FI/CO to ensure smooth business processes
Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements and enhancements in the SAP Field solutions to optimize business operations
Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience in the operations of Centuri Field or back-office operations
Basic understanding of existing field module concepts and processes
Familiarity with SAP ERP and its integration with other modules
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
A bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, etc.) is preferred
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Willing to learn and adapt to changes in technology and business processes
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
