Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Test Engineer responsible for testing QTI security solutions on Qualcomm chipsets. The role involves hands-on testing and software development of test cases and automation using C/C++, Python, and XML.
Design test plan to validate security protocol and algorithm and its interaction with other applications.
Develop and implement test applications at both API level and system level using C and C++. Automating test cases in Python.
Test execution, troubleshooting and problem resolution on embedded software platforms
Interact in a team environment with developers, system engineers and testers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred
Software development skills in C, C++ and Python.
Knowledge of cryptography and security protocol is a plus.
