Responsibilities

Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
Support the implementation of workflows, forms, and UI policies
Participate in code reviews and testing activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Maintain documentation for development and configuration work
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under supervision

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0 – 2 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
