Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and maintain performant, scalable and reliable full stack software.
Build, deploy and maintain APIs and user interfaces for internal and external clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders including sales and product to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing methodologies and processes in terms of performance, usability and resiliency.
Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure platform stability.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or related technical field.
Strong knowledge of Javascript, Python and/or Java.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task, manage multiple stakeholders and work as part of a global team.
Experience designing scalable and reliable systems, with a focus on APIs / modularity and user experience

Preferred

1-3 years of experience building and maintaining Full Stack applications in production environment.
Experience writing asynchronous Java code in frameworks like Vert.x
Experience with modern UI frameworks like React or Angular.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Experience with lean methodologies, including Scrum and SRE practices/frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management.
