Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable software solutions that integrate Generative AI models and Agentic AI frameworks into existing business workflows
Build AWS-based Lambda functions and microservices to support diverse business use cases, including the deployment of MCP Servers for AI tool-calling
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient, secure, and AI-enhanced technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable code; conduct thorough unit and integration testing specifically for non-deterministic AI outputs and standard API performance
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing systems, implementing upgrades to optimize stability, scalability, and LLM (Large Language Model) orchestration
Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, mentor team members on AI best practices, and promote knowledge sharing regarding emerging automation trends

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proficiency in Java, Python, or a similar backend language
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and RESTful API design is essential
Familiarity with cloud-native concepts, including serverless compute, containerization, and basic deployment orchestration
Academic or project-based experience with Generative AI (e.g., prompt engineering or working with model APIs)
Conceptual understanding of Agentic AI, specifically how autonomous systems execute tasks and interact with external data
Interest in AI orchestration frameworks and the protocols that govern model-driven decision engines
Understanding of relational and non-relational databases, the command-line environment, and modern unit/integration testing frameworks
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to articulate technical challenges clearly to both technical and non-technical peers
