Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
  • 1 or more years of experience in Embedded software engineering, using C/C++ (both structured and Object Oriented) and assembly
  • 1 or more years of experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines

Preferred

  • Understanding various software development lifecycle (AGILE & Waterfall)
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop efficient and high-quality embedded real-time software and architecture (board support/driver and embedded application activities)
  • Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices (e.g. GIT/Bitbucket and JIRA)
  • Developed software in certified or regulated safety environments (e.g. DO-178, MIL-STD 883)
  • Effective communicate subtle or complex messages in a diverse team environment
  • Can quickly analyze and apply new information & concepts and make timely decisions balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
  • Beneficial execution role experience
  • Experience with scalable architectures, low level drivers IO, integration activities on ARM or FPGA SoCs
  • Proficient in Deos™/RTOS/Linux or any RTOS
  • Experience in communication protocols like CAN, A429 etc
  • Experience in Network protocols like A664
  • Development in multithreaded and rate task architectures
  • Six Sigma or Lean development methodology
