Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software for a variety of engineering applications
Assist in developing tools and interfaces
Assist in design, development, and testing of operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software applications
Assist in setting operational specifications and formulate and analyzing software requirements
Assist in design embedded systems software
Analyze user needs; develop and design software solutions

Qualification

Required

Junior Level Bachelors degree and two (2) years of relevant experience; four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for degree
Mid-Level Bachelors degree and five (5) years of relevant experience; four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for degree
An Interim Secret Clearance is required to begin employment; a Secret Clearance is required to maintain employment.
Experience in software development languages (Java, Python)
Experience in Agile Development
Understanding on XML, Unix
Familiar with OOD principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
