Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our software and printer products
  • Participate in Scrum teams
  • Build test suites and test environments, and write and execute manual tests
  • Provide test results, report and verify defects, troubleshoot customer issues, and identify risks
  • Conduct root cause analysis of software, firmware and hardware defects
  • Interface with product and development teams to address bugs, enhancements and features
  • Assist in support of customer questions or issues
  • Adopt test strategies that will help accelerate product development

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or comparable previous experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of QA experience with software projects
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience working with Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to test automation tools i.e. Selenium
  • Understanding of Test Driven Development
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, project managers, product owners, and/or scrum masters
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
