Responsibilities

  • Partner with BAs and Developers to troubleshoot and resolve user issues in real time
  • Enhance the UI/UX to create a sleek, intuitive experience
  • Automate cloud production deployments for speed and reliability
  • Build self-serve capabilities that empower users and reduce friction
  • Take ownership of deliverables and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery
  • Communicate effectively with upstream Cloud and Infrastructure teams

Qualification

Required

  • Solid SQL skills (minimum 2 years)
  • Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using JIRA, GIT, BitBucket, Jenkins
  • Experience with frameworks like Springboot(Java) or NGRx (Angular) and code scans like SonarQube, Checkmarx, or Blackduck are a plus
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, and Java would be an asset
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods
