The company is seeking a Test Engineer for their Aerospace and Defense (ADEF) business, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing testing methods for product development and manufacturing. The role involves hands-on experience with complex systems and collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
Develop efficient test plug-ins using programming expertise to evaluate module performance, identify issues, and debug root causes.
Utilize statistical tools for data analysis and technical presentations.
Proactively identify manufacturing and design issues, recommending effective solutions.
Demonstrate high motivation and strong interpersonal skills as a team-oriented individual.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related fields.
U.S. citizenship.
Strong background in electronics, circuit analysis, and IC test and measurement methods.
Proficiency in development tools and programming languages such as C, Visual Basic, and C++.
Detailed understanding of general test techniques.
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related and progressive experience.
Preferred
Master's degree in Electronics or a related field of study.
Ability to lead technical discussions and learning sessions.
Active participation in career development planning.
Experience with test automation frameworks using tools such as NI LabWindows CVI, NI LabView, NI TestStand, Python, C#, and Keysight OpenTap.
Familiarity with RF/Microwave and Mixed-Signal test equipment, including network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers.
