Responsibilities

Own all testing activities for your assigned products.
Create test plans and ensure they are complete and contain enough details related to protocols, data to be collected, and pass/fail criteria.
Coordinate testing needs with both US and China-based test team resources.
Be a hands-on contributor in designing, setting up, and executing product tests.
Identify and help implement opportunities to automate product testing.
Create test protocols to ensure we are testing effectively and efficiently.
Perform black box testing on your products to ensure proper consumer user experience.
Organize and report your results to Test Team management and product teams.
Order materials and equipment needed to perform testing.
Learn how to use new test equipment and document test protocols.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's (or higher) degree in an engineering field
You're a builder or tinkerer - you have a technical mindset and you like to work with your hands
Ability to clearly document testing expectations to US and China resources
Strong ability to manage multiple activities at the same time
Willingness to learn how to use new lab equipment
A basic understanding of statistical methods
Clear written communication especially in documenting the work you've done
Competency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Preferred

0-3 years experience in engineering within CPG industry preferred.
Experience with any of the following: Arduino, Raspberry Pi, scripting including Python
