They are seeking an AEM Content Author who will create and manage content within the Adobe Experience Manager platform, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality content delivery across digital channels.
Create, edit, and publish content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Utilize AEM tools and features to author, manage, and update web pages, landing pages, digital assets, and multimedia content.
Leverage AEM functionality such as components, templates, and workflows to streamline content creation and publishing processes.
Work closely with marketing teams, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand content requirements and ensure alignment with overall digital strategies.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on content development and address any concerns or challenges.
Support content migration activities as assigned, supporting larger website development and migration projects
Provide training and author support to client authors and administrators
Champion content management best practices by establishing standardized processes and documentation to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability in content creation and management
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging trends and tools to enhance our content management abilities.
Perform quality control checks on authored content and remediate issues
Troubleshoot defects and lead efforts to proactively identify and resolve content issues, maintaining a seamless user experience.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years equivalent work experience
Proven experience (at least 2 years) as an AEM Content Author or similar role using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.3 - 6.5 or Cloud) and its authoring tools
Advanced knowledge of AEM best practices such as page property configuration, version control, and digital asset management (DAM)
Strong understanding of web content management systems, HTML, CSS
Demonstrated understanding of information architecture, interactive design principles, accessibility (A11y)
Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA considerations
Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of UI design
