As an Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will provide industry expertise and insights while supporting the development of knowledge assets and commercialization efforts within the Consumer, Private & Business Banking sector.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding digital customer journeys, preferably within the banking, insurance or fintech space
  • Conducting analysis using a methodical, repeatable framework with strong attention to detail and process adherence
  • Building and applying banking industry expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account
  • Analyzing large datasets to examine industry trends, or conduct peer benchmarking comparisons
  • Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
  • Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive
  • Interacting/teaming with internal and external stakeholders, potentially across different geographies
  • Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
  • Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity

Qualification

Required

  • Master's degree in relevant to the banking industry (Finance, Economics, Analytics, CX/UX) 1+ year of relevant work experience in digital customer experience, preferably in consumer banking, fintech or insurance (or relevant internship)
  • Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in digital customer experience, with a preference towards consumer banking, fintech or insurance
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Will not require employer sponsorship to work legally in the United States of America
