United Airlines is looking for an Analyst - UX to join their Digital Technology team, which focuses on building innovative solutions for the airline industry. The role involves crafting user-centric experiences for digital platforms by understanding user needs and translating insights into actionable designs while collaborating with various teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactions, that address user pain points and deliver measurable improvements in functionality and satisfaction
Ensure designs align with user-centered design principles, compliance standards, and accessibility requirements and are optimized for all devices and viewports (responsive/adaptive, desktop, tablet, mobile)
Collaborate with teams to ensure design consistency with corporate branding and across enterprise-level applications and platforms
Take ownership of, and partner with UX copywriting for, microcopy across all user touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment while enhancing the overall user experience
Help ensure design systems are scalable and valuable
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Collaborate with UX research on, and develop prototypes for, studies to evaluate and validate design effectiveness
Identify challenges and solutions to address them
Iterate on designs, ensuring continuous improvement of user experiences
