Responsibilities Translate customer insights and needs to deliver personalization experiences Assist with experience strategy of existing experience enhancements & squads projects Own business strategy and set best practices for personalization algorithms and rules Build, manage & QA personalization campaigns in the platform across site, app & email QA experiences based on customer preferences & behaviors Utilize technical competency to troubleshoot experiences Project managements of upcoming tests & experiences - tracking requests, updating timelines Partner & communicate across many functions to deliver customer facing experiences
Qualification Required Bachelor’s Degree or related experience 1+ years marketing experience Strong adaptability to technology Preferred Prior experience in personalization preferred but not required
