Andrew Wommack Ministries is a teaching ministry focused on sharing the Gospel through seminars, churches, media, training, and ministry materials. The Associate UX Designer supports the planning and execution of user-centered digital experiences for web and media platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve usability, accessibility, and clarity.
Design and develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web-based digital experiences
Improve usability and clarity across content-heavy pages and media platforms
Apply user-centered design principles to support clear and effective communication of biblical teaching
Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams throughout the design process
Participate in usability testing and incorporate findings into design iterations
Adhere to established brand, content, and design standards while contributing ideas for improvement
Support accessibility best practices to ensure experiences are usable by all audiences

Qualification
Required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite
1–2 years of experience in UX, web, or related design experience (including internships, contract, or freelance work)
A portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful design process and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or comparable platforms
Foundational understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design fundamentals
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and receive feedback
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Must sign the Statement of Faith
A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
Experience designing content-rich or media-focused websites
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines such as WCAG
Basic awareness of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts
Experience working within an established brand or design system

Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field preferred
