Responsibilities

Collaborating with designers, researchers, strategists, and engineers to bring digital experiences to life
Working through project lifecycles from discovery and ideation to implementation and delivery
Building responsive, scalable, and accessible web applications
Leveraging modern web frameworks and development tools to create engaging user experiences
Creating reusable component libraries and design system elements
Applying accessibility standards and development best practices
Participating in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and project meetings
Supporting user experience testing and iterative product improvement
Learning from subject matter experts and incorporating feedback into your work
Presenting recommendations and solutions to project teams and client stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Human-Computer Interaction, Informatics, Digital Media, or a related field

Experience with modern front-end development frameworks and tools
Demonstrated academic achievement
Leadership experience through academic projects, internships, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences
Authorization to work in the United States
