As a CX Researcher 1, you will elevate user experiences in digital products and services through user-centric research and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Support and conduct user research, identifying user needs and opportunities for enhancing our digital products and services.
Help design and execute comprehensive user-centered research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and user observations.
Examine and interpret research findings, translating them into actionable insights for teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, purposefully influencing product development with research-driven insights.
Develop a solid understanding of the healthcare industry, staying informed about trends, regulations, and user expectations.
Advocate for user-centered design values across the organization, fostering a culture of UX research impact.
Stay updated on the latest UX research methodologies and tools, enhancing research processes.
Qualification
Required
Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field like Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Cognitive Science.
Demonstrate experience as a UX researcher. Showcase a portfolio highlighting how your research has impacted decision making, including product design and strategy.
Demonstrate expertise in conducting various qualitative and quantitative research methods. These include interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, and heuristic evaluations.
Showcase proficiency in examining research data and synthesizing findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Possess a solid foundation in UX design principles and a clear understanding of how research shapes and guides design recommendations.
EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience or a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
Preferred
