Deloitte is hiring a Delivery Analyst, UX Design on its Customer Strategy & Design team. The role creates visual design deliverables and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and refine digital product experiences throughout the product lifecycle, including through the use of AI tools.
Creating visual design deliverables, including mockups, wireframes, and prototypes, aligned to client brand standards, project goals, and user needs
Collaborating with design leads and cross-functional teams to develop, present, and refine design concepts across design, user experience, and development workflows
Supporting initiatives across the product lifecycle, including minimum viable product launches, feature releases, and maintenance updates for established digital products
Using artificial intelligence tools to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, content development, and design iteration
Working in a hybrid delivery model with up to 30% co-location at assigned locations and up to 10% overnight travel for client or project needs

Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience creating visual designs for web or mobile applications, including mockups, wireframes, or prototypes
1+ years of experience using Figma and at least one digital design or prototyping tool such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision
1+ years of experience using design systems for enterprise digital experiences
1+ years of experience applying user-centered design principles to web or mobile product design
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
Preferred
Experience supporting federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
Experience working on minimum viable products, feature releases, or maintenance releases
Experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers across the product lifecycle
Experience using artificial intelligence tools to accelerate design workflows
Experience with iOS and Android mobile application design, including Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines
Experience using motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, or Framer
