The User Experience Designer will craft innovative and engaging digital products, guiding user-centered design activities and establishing user experience strategy to delight users and drive business results.
Produces sketches, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines and style guides with minimal oversight
Contributes to the creation and evolution of design principles, guidelines and patterns.
Understand and contribute to the UX roadmap through partnership with key leaders, to ensure cohesive product experience across lines of businesses.
Works across functional teams to understand business and product requirements, technical possibilities and constraints.
Ability to work hand and hand with project and product managers to plan, build and execute with success while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Teams up with User Researchers and other Designers to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and address cross-application design challenges.
Provides feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2-4 years Related working experience.
User Experience Design using Figma
Knowledge of waterfall and agile working methodologies
Proficiency in current design and prototyping tools and ability to learn new ones as projects require
Excellent Communication Skills
Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels
Demonstrated Analytical, problem solving, outstanding organization, and time management
