The Digital Experience Analyst will analyze customer experience data, maintain website content, collaborate on UI improvements, and grow into an emerging AI role, impacting customer satisfaction directly.
Analyze customer behavior patterns using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)
Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio to track key metrics
Monitor customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and identify improvement opportunities
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for websites and AI feature enhancements
Partner with development teams on website UI/UX improvements
Manage and prioritize development tickets for customer support pages
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for web updates
Ensure product support pages updated are optimized for user self-service
Apply UX principles to improve customer journey and information accessibility
Optimize AI chatbot prompts and responses to improve customer interactions
Collaborate on AI-powered support tool implementations and improvements
Stay current with AI/ML trends in customer support and recommend new features
Work with stakeholders to define AI feature requirements and success metrics
Lead cross-functional digital experience initiatives
Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements
Manage vendor relationships for digital support tools
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience combining at least two of these areas: Data analysis and reporting, Web development or UI/UX projects, Customer experience or digital product management
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)
Experience building dashboards (Looker Studio, similar platforms)
Understanding of web development processes and basic HTML/CSS concepts
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation
Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with Python for data analysis
Previous exposure to AI/ML tools or chatbot platforms
Experience with conversion optimization
Knowledge of customer support processes and tools
