TJX Companies is a Fortune 100 company and the world’s leading off-price retailer, seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to enhance their digital model. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Support the continuous digital innovation, evaluating trending or new technologies and assess alignment with TJX model
Maintain focus on Idea generation and digital exploration to deliver recommended solutions to support future growth across TJX digital from pre-purchase to post-fulfillment
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer feedback and OSAT results to identify areas of friction and focus to reduce barriers in customer funnel
Support Intake and Business Case Creation to support and advocate for business driving initiatives
Own individual development, mentor and influence peers to increase engagement
Consistently collaborates and communicates with partners across several areas of the business
Collaborate across the business to tackle problems with minimal disruption to the business or the customer
Assist with exploratory vendor calls and research by helping gather information, understand solution capabilities, and assess basic alignment with the TJX off‑price digital model
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
1-2+ years of experience in eCommerce or Digital
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook and PowerPoint
Knowledge of business and technology trends
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others
Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize and triage competing asks and requirements
Ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources, as well as probing questions to uncover hidden needs or gaps
Ability to proactively investigate, challenge assumptions, and ask strategic questions to drive transparency and better outcomes
Ability to compose structured presentations that clearly communicate insights and help partners understand key takeaways
